Add-in Express is a tool for creating COM add-ins for MS Office Family. With Add-in Express you can handle all events of the host application, extend standard menus and toolbars of the host application, add your own toolbars, menus and option pages.

It also supports two new technologies from Microsoft Excel 2002 and 2003 - Automation Add-ins and Read-Time Data Servers. With Automation Add-ins you can add your own worksheet functions. Real-Time Data Servers allow you to avoid DDE inside your workbooks that contain references to real-time data.

Correctly handles user's actions such as hiding and deleting controls, as well as moving them to other toolbars
Allows using Delphi forms and components inside your add-in
Allows access to all objects of the host application through standard Delphi COM class wrappers such as TExcelApplication, TOutlookApplication, etc.
Allows creating Automation Add-ins (not COM Add-ins) for Office 2002 and 2003. For example, you can add your own worksheet functions to Excel
